Service of Remembering with Thanksgiving for those we have Loved and Lost

We will be holding our annual Service of Thanksgiving and Remembrance on Sunday, 1st November, however the Coronavirus pandemic means that this year the service will be held over the internet on Zoom.

This peaceful, reflective service is an opportunity to come together virtually to give thanks and remember those people we have loved who have died. We do hope that you will be able to join us along with any members of your family or friends who would like to join with you.

The service begins at 3pm on Zoom via the internet. There will be an opportunity to chat with a cup of tea online before the service from 2:30pm. Please also bring a candle and lighter if you wish to light a candle at home as the names are read.

From October 24th, there will be pebbles and a pen at the north side chapel in Steeple Moreden Church. Please feel free to write the name of your loved one on a pebble and place it on the altar.

Please also email or phone me by October 30th, with any names you wish to be read out during the service and for details of the Zoom link. We look forward to welcoming you to this special service.
